This was a great coffee place, nice and relaxing. It was a clean place and also offers outside seating. It's in a nice place to gather your thoughts before you get back to the grind of life 😉

Right in Downtown Lebanon it is right across the street from the Carnige Library. This converted house or store into a coffee shop is top notch. The interior has the open brick and exposed beams and wide plank floors are awesome. And the fireplace accents down and upstairs. When you first walk in you are open to so many neat coffee and house related things for sale and the Barista is on this level. You up a beautiful wooden stair case to the area where the seating is and there is alot. Everything has the natural wood and exposed brick and beams carries through to the upstairs. You also have a back exposed patio. Plus while walking up to the building you will notice a really great water fountain and sitting areas. I had a iced mocha and had a blended one done for someone else. The staff is super nice. This is a hidden gem of a Coffee shop worth your time to find. Don't waste your time at some soul less Starbucks this has local flare and miles character. Find yourself going here soon worth a trip to do so.

The best on in town. Anyone who is visiting Lebanon needs to come here and enjoy their coffee. Plenty of options plus they have smoothies for hot summer days! There’s more room to sit upstairs and outside patio, so that’s a plus. I’m glad I made here and enjoy their coffee and the atmosphere. Thank you Ashley & spencer.

Rose the barista was quick to welcome us into this beautiful and cozy environment. Quick drinks, good coffee, great selection of treats. Not to mention you can get yourself a nice mug or a hoodie from the gift shop area. Wonderful addition to the Lebanon area. Thank you!

I’ve never felt more obligated to give a 5 star review! Stopped in for a quick Christmas gift and was greeted (by Rose) with the friendliest and best service. Great little selection of unique products and the baked goods looked incredible. The coffee was also fantastic! Like the rest of downtown Lebanon, Lot No. 1 is the epitome of charm. I felt like I was on the set of a Hallmark movie.

Such a cute coffee spot! Super cute inside. We both had iced vanilla lattes and they were perfect. They have a small pastry case which included several different muffins and cookies. Customer service was fantastic too! Cool story behind their name, the building was the first lot in the city giving it the name Lot 1 Coffee. We found this spot after a soccer tournament and will definitely visit again next time we're in town!

What a great place to stop. We were greeted and spoken to like we were family. The coffee was great. They serve Seven hills brand, one of the best. The place was super clean and cozy. This will be our stopover in Lebanon.

Super lovely coffee spot! GREAT seating options upstairs! Loved the vibe, and best latte I've ever had! It's on the pricier side, but my friends and I spent a few hours just hanging out, so that evened out the cost for me!

ANOTHER POSITIVE UPDATE: I tried the blueberry muffin. It's moist but has a crunchy carmalized top. Also, the hot caramel latte was the best I've ever had. It's just all too delicious to describe The barista, Rose, she is the nicest human on the planet. She really cares about each individual customer and really took time with each step of the process of making my perfect latte. I've been to tons of coffee shops, but I've never received that level of service. If you're not from the area, it's worth the drive. Walk or crawl if you have to. ---------------- This is simply the best coffee shop you'll ever find. The coffee baristas put time into these drinks, and the result is amazing flavor. Also, the place has an awesome vibe. We are lucky we can walk here. It's a great place to read, work, chill, or have conversation. If it's sunny, we sit on the patio. If it's rainy or cold, we sit by the fireplace upstairs. It makes the whole city more of a Hallmark town.
